Hometown Behavioral Health Services
of Arkansas Inc.
Commitment to Community
Please let me introduce myself, my name is
Lanny Tinker, I am the President and CEO of Hometown Behavioral
Health Services of Arkansas
Inc., I believe it is important for the public to understand
our commitment to the community.
I want to share with visitors to
our web site the reasons for
my personal commitment to
community. My aspiration is to provide senior leadership and
guidance to Hometown Behavioral staff and to encourage a sense of
community to the very core and foundation of every associate that
serve the people of this region.
My personal philosophy is that one
needs to do the right thing at the right time for the right reason.
We are committed to community and believe no individual or
organization is better equipped or motivated to help hometown people
than other hometown people.
I have been married to my wife for
over forty years; both of our families have lived in the Lawrence
County area for almost a century and have a long standing interest
in the success this community and its people.
Some people believe the behavioral
health business is just a job, WE BELIEVE IT’S OUR MISSION. In
recent years we have witnessed a decline in our community and the
Arkansas Delta in general.
Drugs have become more prevalent, economic conditions have
declined, family values have deteriorated, and educational
opportunities are no longer taken advantage of by our youth. This
downward spiral must be stopped if communities like ours are to
survive.
Hometown Behavioral Health Services
of Arkansas Inc. believes we must take a stand to reclaim our
community, working together we can and will make a difference.
Hometown Behavioral Health Services believes that people have to be
involved in community to fully understand the needs of their
citizens. We advocate, promote and support staff to stay connected
to community activities.
Our mission is to provide quality, comprehensive,
community-based mental health services in a caring, compassionate
manner to the residents of Arkansas. Join our all-inclusive team
approach to set high ethical and moral standards of client care by
promoting, prevention, intervention and education thus assisting
people to become healthy, productive member of society.
We are "Hometown staff with
Hometown solutions for Hometown people"
Sincerely,
Lanny Tinker
